Aigerim Zharkyn has a diverse work experience with various companies. Aigerim started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Suleyman Demirel University in Kazakhstan in 2017. Aigerim then worked at Lab 518 as a Product Manager and Business Developer, where they worked on projects including MedBook and Vinnd.io. Aigerim later joined Dasco Consulting Group as a Product Manager. In 2018, they became a Business Programs Manager at Astana Hub and also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at ISSU, a perfume subscription service. Aigerim then joined BI Group as a Senior Product Manager before becoming a Lead Project Manager at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken". Aigerim subsequently worked at Astana Hub as the Head of Business Programs and then as the General Manager of Business Programs. Aigerim also held the role of Senior Manager of Educational Programs and Senior Manager of International Co-operation, Investments, and Export at Astana Hub. Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at Blockchain Center, where they have launched the Global University Outreach Program. Throughout their experience, Aigerim has demonstrated expertise in various areas including program management, business development, marketing, and project leadership.

Aigerim Zharkyn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Suleyman Demirel University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Aigerim has additional certifications in Agile leadership from StartEd in 2021, ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile in 2019, Agile Basics from ScrumTrek in 2019, and Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals from Oracle in 2018.
