Previously, Matthijs held several positions at Hyundai Belgium from 2008 to 2021, including Marketing Director and Head of Product Management, and has experience in customer relations and service coordination. Matthijs has also served as a lecturer in Service & Customer Care Management at Karel de Grote Hogeschool and has completed advanced studies in automotive management and leading authentically in digital times.
