Nicolas Carbonell

Nicolas Carbonell serves as the Marketing Director for Central Europe at Astara since March 2022, with previous experience as the Marketing Director for Hyundai/Nissan in Switzerland. Prior to Astara, Nicolas held the position of Managing Director at RRG Suisse SA from July 2019 to February 2022, overseeing significant dealership operations and a team of 120 people. Nicolas also worked at Renault Group in various roles from 2001 to 2019, including National Sales Director for mid-sized dealers in Germany and Marketing Director in China, where brand strategy and team management for a joint venture were key responsibilities. Nicolas's career at Renault began in Slovakia, culminating in a Marketing Director role in Austria, where impressive market share growth and brand positioning achievements were realized. An alumnus of ESSEC Business School, Nicolas earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management.
