Virginia García Alonso is the Global Talent & Culture Director at Astara. Previously, she held various HR leadership roles at Celgene, including Associate Director HR for Spain, Portugal, and CITRE, Senior Manager for Spain & Portugal & CITRE, and Human Resources Manager for Spain & Portugal. Prior to that, she was the Training & Development Manager at Phone House España, HR Business Partner at Nycomed Pharma, and HR Business Partner at Sanofi-Aventis. Virginia holds a Bachelor's in Psychology specializing in Organizations from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has also pursued further education in organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership at various institutions.
