Peter Worsoe has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AstaReal in Sweden since October 2019, where responsibilities include coordinating business functions and driving significant revenue growth. Prior to AstaReal, Worsoe was Managing Director for Nordics at Galderma from August 2010 to July 2019, overseeing key business operations and P&L for the region. Previous positions include Director of Sales & Marketing at MSD and various roles with Schering-Plough, where notable achievements included turning around the Immunology franchise in Germany. Worsoe's experience also encompasses leadership roles in sales and marketing at companies such as Ortivus AB, Ericsson, Eastman Kodak Health Group, and Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals. Worsoe holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
