Amanda Fisher

Amanda Fisher has 11 years of professional experience in the field of science and education. Amanda began their career in 2005 as a Teacher at Dr Susan S Mckinney Secondary School of The Arts. In 2009, they joined OMSI as a Science Communications Coordinator, then moved up to Curriculum Developer, Outreach Educator, and finally Senior Science Communication Specialist. In 2019, they became Senior Manager of Programs at the Association of Science-Technology Centers, and in 2020 they were appointed Board Member at the Space Science Institute.

Amanda Fisher attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
