Aaron L.

Aaron L. has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Aaron started their career in 2009 at Mueller Company LLC, where they worked as an IT Support Specialist and IT Service Desk Agent for over 11 years. During this time, they implemented and supported new software and hardware solutions, provided technical guidance to end users, and maintained essential IT operations.

In 2019, Aaron briefly worked as a Telecommunications Installer at St Gerard Majella Catholic Church.

In 2020, they joined Micronics Inc. as an IT Systems Administrator. In this role, they managed critical relocation projects to improve information security systems and provided support for remote workers. Aaron also administered core systems, such as Microsoft Active Directory, network infrastructure services, Microsoft Exchange 365 migration, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Identity.

In 2022, Aaron transitioned to Lodge Cast Iron as an IT Services Administrator. Here, they focused on continuous improvement in Information Technology and developed an IT knowledge base. Aaron also served as a Project Manager for various systems and infrastructure projects, including logistics systems, network infrastructure services, and collaboration.

Most recently, in 2022, Aaron joined ASTEC as a Systems Administrator.

Aaron L. began their education in 2008 at the New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where they obtained a certification in MCSA on Windows Server 2003: Security. Aaron then attended Chattanooga College from 2009 to 2011, earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer/Networking Technology. In 2018, they pursued further training at HDI Training, obtaining a certification in HDI Service Desk Analyst. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including HDI Support Center Analyst from HDI in 2016, Data Center Certified Associate from Schneider Electric in 2016, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security from Microsoft in 2009, and Security+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in 2008.
