Amy Hansen

Amy Hansen has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and finance. Amy currently holds the position of Tax Director at Astec Industries, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Global Payments Inc. as a Sr. Tax Manager- Indirect Tax from November 2018 to August 2020, and as a Lead Tax Accountant- Indirect Tax from June 2016 to October 2018.

Before joining Global Payments Inc., Amy served as the Church Treasurer at Langhorne United Methodist Church from April 2011 to May 2019. Amy's early career includes working as a Staff Accountant at The Brickman Group Ltd LLC from September 2008 to August 2013, where they focused on sales and use tax returns and accounts payable audits. Amy also worked at the United Way of York County as a Free Tax Program Coordinator/ Tax Preparer- AmeriCorps Member from November 2006 to June 2008. In this role, they managed the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and prepared advanced level individual tax returns.

Amy Hansen earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bucks County Community College from 2004 to 2006. Amy then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2010 to 2012.
