Dena Fairley

Dena Fairley has extensive experience in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Astec Industries, Inc. since February 2007. Dena has held various roles at Astec, including Director of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance Manager. Prior to this, Dena worked at PwC from 2004 to 2007 as a Senior in Advisory Services.
