Hoyt Grimes

Hoyt Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Hoyt worked at ASTEC from 2018 to present, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to Lead Project Manager and Regional Sales Manager. At ASTEC, Hoyt was responsible for managing projects and sales in the infrastructure, aggregate, mining, and energy industries. Prior to ASTEC, they worked at GE Power as an Application Engineer from 2017 to 2018. At Alstom Power, Hoyt held various roles from 2000 to 2018, including Application Engineer and Design Coordinator. Hoyt was also a Senior Checker at Alstom Power, Inc from 2000 to 2011. Before that, Hoyt worked at Roadtec from 1994 to 2000, where they held positions such as Product Leader, Mechanical Designer, and Product Leader/Draftsman/Manufacturing. At Roadtec, they managed the paver product line, developed prototypes, created drawings, and addressed customer complaints. Overall, Hoyt Grimes has extensive experience in project management, engineering, and sales.

Hoyt Grimes attended Whitwell High School from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained their Diploma in General Education. Hoyt then pursued further education at Northwestern Technical College from 1995 to 1999, earning their AS degree in Mechanical Design. During this period, they also attended Northwestern Rockspring, GA from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Mechanical Design. In 2015, Hoyt Grimes obtained the Alstom International EHS Passport certification from Alstom Power.
