Kevin Raper

Kevin Raper is an experienced manufacturing operations professional with a substantial background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at ASTEC since November 2021, Raper previously held the position of General Manager at ARTAZN® from July 2019 to November 2021. Raper's expertise includes maintaining multi-plant operations as the Director of Maintenance Reliability North America at Exide Technologies, LLC, and overseeing manufacturing at EaglePicher Technologies as the Corporate Director. Earlier positions include General Manager at Koontz-Wagner and Plant Manufacturing Operations Manager at Alstom Power. Raper began a career in operations management at Wabtec Passenger Transit. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Raper holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
