Matt Neisen

Matt Neisen has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Matt is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Astec Industries, Inc., where they focus on Construction Machinery Solutions. In 2020, they also held a role as a Product Engineer at Roadtec, specializing in Pavers and Transfer Machines. Prior to that, they worked at Roadtec from 2014 to 2019, where they contributed as a Project Engineer in both New Product Development and Current Product teams.
