Roxzann Davis

Roxzann Davis has extensive work experience in the field of instructional design and learning systems management. Roxzann is currently working as an Instructional Designer at ASTEC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Shaw Industries where they held multiple roles. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Learning Systems & Analytics Strategist, where they managed learning systems and databases to enhance learner experiences. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Manager of eLearning, overseeing the development of high-quality learning content and managing various systems and vendors. From 2006 to 2013, they held the position of LMS Administrator, responsible for promoting and delivering learning content through the SumTotal Learning Management System and training LMS administrators. Roxzann also has experience as a Corporate Training Administrator, where they pioneered the implementation of learning websites and the organization's first Learning Management System.
