Ahmed Ishtiyaq

Ahmed Ishtiyaq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management. Currently serving as Manager Facilities at Asteco Property Management since August 2016, Ahmed oversees the management of assigned property portfolios with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with landlord directives. Prior to this role, Ahmed worked as Senior Operations Manager at Novus Community Management from September 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing property portfolios and ensuring compliance with the Owners Association Board. Ahmed holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with an NCTVT in Mechanical Engineering, from Anjuman Khairul Islams Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce in Pune.
