Habiba Gafsi

Habiba GAFSI is currently the HR System Development Manager at Asteelflash, overseeing the implementation of the HR Access software, which includes modules for recruitment, training, and skills management, as well as conducting social audits for various companies. Prior experience includes serving as the Quality, Safety, and Environment System Manager at Fuba Printed Circuits, where notable achievements include the establishment and certification of ISO 45001:2018 and the successful transition from ISO/TS to IATF 16949 standards. GAFSI holds a Master's degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment Management from Université virtuelle de Tunis and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, along with language studies from the Institut Supérieur des Langues de Tunis. Additional professional development includes participation in the HR Academy from January to June 2024.
