Don McLaughlin has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and IT industry. Don began their career as a QC Manager at Interlake Stamping, Inc. in 1988. Don then moved on to Silgan Containers, where they served as Manager of Systems Development, implementing quality improvement systems and data collection methods.
In 1995, McLaughlin became the Director of Information Systems at Generac, overseeing all IS services and providing cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. Don then joined United Wisconsin Services, Inc. in 1997 as the Director of Network Support Services, responsible for all network-related IT areas and implementing high-speed connectivity.
From 1999 to 2000, McLaughlin worked as a Senior Consultant at CSC Consulting, where they successfully developed and implemented e-business web and security solutions. In 2000, they became the Chief Information Officer at PGI, Inc. and PGI Spearhead, managing technology initiatives and overseeing IT operations across multiple locations.
McLaughlin joined BAE Systems in 2001 as a Senior Program Director, overseeing program management until 2006. In 2007, they became the Senior Director of Programs at Astegic, Inc., responsible for portfolio management and client relationships.
Currently, McLaughlin is working as a Consultant at Amideast, Inc., specializing in worldwide network operations.
Throughout their career, McLaughlin has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in the IT industry.
Don McLaughlin attended Case Western Reserve University from 1984 to 1985, where they studied engineering. Don then went on to Miami University from 1986 to 1988, where they focused on accounting, marketing, and finance. Lastly, they attended Upper Iowa University from 1990 to 1991, where they pursued a field of study in business administration.
