Annette Zoe Powers

Annette Zoe Powers has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Value Access and Public Policy at Astellas Pharma since October 2025. Prior to this role, Annette held several leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb from March 2020 to September 2025, including Senior Vice President of Global Market Access and Vice President of Worldwide Value & Access. Annette's experience also includes serving as Executive Director at Celgene from June 2018 to March 2020 and as Executive Director for US Payer Markets and Senior Director of Health Outcomes at Eisai US from July 2009 to May 2018. Earlier in Annette's career, roles included medical affairs at Bristol-Myers Squibb and medical information at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, alongside clinical pharmacy work at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Annette holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University–Newark, a PharmD from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, and a BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers University.
