Jennifer Pyne

Jennifer Pyne is a seasoned professional in customer experience strategy and marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience Strategy for the Oncology Franchise at Astellas Pharma since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions at PSL Group as Senior Director and Director of Outcomes & Analytics from October 2019 to April 2023. Jennifer's marketing expertise was further developed at Medscape, where roles included Associate Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager from July 2016 to October 2019.
