Marta Prieto has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Oncology Therapeutic Area Senior Director for Spain and Portugal at Astellas Pharma since April 2007. Marta has held multiple roles within the company, including Oncology Therapeutic Area Director, Head of Oncology, and National Sales Manager, overseeing responsibilities in marketing, sales, market access, and medical affairs across various oncology indications. Before joining Astellas Pharma, Marta worked as a Medical Manager in urology and as a pharmacovigilance and medical information specialist at Yamanouchi and the Centro Nacional de Farmacología. Marta's educational background includes a Doctorate in Pharmacy, multiple master's degrees in pharmacoeconomics and pharmaceutical industry management, and leadership training from INSEAD.
