Rachael Yap

Rachael Yap is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director of Global Operational Marketing in Oncology at Astellas Pharma since April 2023. Rachael's career at Astellas began in October 2018, progressing through roles such as Associate Director and Senior Manager, where Rachael played a key role in product management for various oncology-related portfolios and led the launch of Xospata. Prior experience includes significant positions at GSK, where Rachael managed tender pricing and marketing for vaccines and anti-infectives, and earlier roles at MSD and AstraZeneca focusing on anti-infectives and oncology products. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from the National University of Singapore.
