Rene' Kemp

Rene' Kemp currently serves as the Director of Corporate Brand & Reputation in Corporate Communications at Astellas Pharma, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Rene' spent 25 years at Accenture, where titles included Global Lead for Audience Insights, Internal Communications Business Partner, and Community & Knowledge Services, among others. Key achievements at Accenture include significantly reducing internal emails through a data-driven communication strategy and developing strategic community programs for top global client accounts. Rene' also has experience as a Communication Course Instructor at Central Michigan University and holds a Master of Arts in Interpersonal and Public Communication from the same institution.
