Sara Luna Nicolosi

Sara Luna Nicolosi currently serves as Senior Director and Head of OC Transformation and Adoption at Astellas Pharma since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Digital Transformation Senior Manager at Accenture Song, where responsibilities included leading clients' scale initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop engagement strategies. Sara's prior experience includes serving as Global Digital Communication Media Lead at Novartis and Digital Engagement Manager at Accenture, where expertise in digital transformation and communication strategies was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, as well as a UX/UI degree from KSchool.
