Alpesh Thaker

Alpesh Thaker serves as the Senior Director of Quality for the AM Region at Hitachi Astemo since February 2018, previously holding the roles of Director of Quality for the Americas Region and Senior Manager of Quality. With extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, Alpesh led operations at K-FLEX USA as Director of Operations from November 2015 to January 2018, where operational improvements included enhancing in-plant quality metrics and reducing scrap rates significantly. Prior tenure includes managing engine assembly operations at Cummins Inc. and serving as an R&D Controls Engineer at Valiant Machine and Tool. Alpesh holds an Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and multiple engineering degrees from Wayne State University and the National Institute of Technology Surat.
