Shelley Lanpher

Shelley Lanpher, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at AstenJohnson since February 2024. Previously, Shelley held various roles at Pure Power Technologies, Inc., including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist from November 2018 to February 2024. Additionally, Shelley worked as the Director of Finance and Operations at TRUE Group from November 2014 to November 2018, and as the Director of People Operations at Remedy Intelligent Staffing in early 2014. Shelley's earlier experience includes positions at TRUE Group as Human Resources Payroll Manager and at Executive Staffing Services as Benefits Administrator and Recruiter. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Liberty University (anticipated completion December 2024) and two Associate degrees from Midlands Technical College.
