Amy Nettleton

Amy Nettleton has a diverse work experience in the housing industry. Amy worked as the Assistant Director of Development - Sales & Marketing at Aster Group UK from February 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Chair of the National Housing Group (NHG) starting in February 2016. Amy also held the position of Board Member at Cornwall CLT Limited starting in July 2015. Amy was the Chair of the national Housing Federation - South West Homeownership Group from January 2013 onwards. Before their involvement in the housing sector, Amy worked as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Aster, where they had a wide range of responsibilities including managing sales programs, advising on saleable properties, and providing monthly updates to various boards. From 2006 to 2010, Amy worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager at LHA-ASRA, and prior to that as a Manager at Taylors Estate Agents from 2002 to 2006.

Amy Nettleton completed their first degree in Property and Business at De Montfort University from 1998 to 2002. Amy then pursued further education at the same institution, obtaining a degree in Housing, Communities, and Regeneration from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Amy attended Guthlaxton College in Wigston, Leicester, although the exact duration and field of study are unknown.
