Heather Man

Heather Man has a diverse work experience in the legal and housing industry. Heather started their career as a Legal Secretary at Coffin Mew in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Heather then joined Clarke Willmott as a Paralegal for a short period of time before transitioning to the housing sector. Heather worked as a Neighbourhood Assistant at Aster Group UK from January 2012 to September 2012, followed by the role of Neighbourhood Officer from September 2012 to December 2016. Heather then served as a Senior Neighbourhood Officer from January 2017 to October 2020, managing a team and handling various responsibilities related to tenancy and estate management. Currently, they hold the position of Business and Market Intelligence Analyst at Aster Group UK and has recently been promoted to Head of Business and Market Intelligence as of March 2022.

Heather Man completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Southampton from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law from 2009 to 2011. In February 2020, they obtained a Level 1 certification as a Restorative Practitioner from the Restorative Engagement Forum.
