Roz Pithouse

Roz Pithouse currently serves as the Head of Development Programme at Aster Group UK, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Roz has extensive experience at Aster Group in various capacities, including Programme Manager and Project Manager - Technical Team, focusing on the delivery of new homes in the South of England. With a tenure at Aster Homes from 2009 to 2019, Roz successfully managed the delivery of over 140 new homes and contributed significantly to affordable housing initiatives in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. Earlier career roles include Senior Project Manager at Testway Housing Ltd and Project Manager at Sarsen Housing Association, where Roz identified development opportunities and managed projects across multiple regions.
