Experience at Lighthouse Mall Management Company included roles as Group Manager and Manager in Finance and Accounts, focusing on budget preparation, credit control, and ERP implementations. Earlier roles encompass positions at Mahindra Retail Pvt. Ltd, Thomsun Music House, and APC by Schneider Electric, contributing to debt management, vendor reconciliation, and accounts administration. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology and a B.Com from St. Stephen's College.
