Filipp Kramer is the founder of Alchemy Bio and currently serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Astera Institute and a VC Fellow at the Longevity Acceleration Fund. From 2022 to 2024, Filipp worked as a Software Engineer in Robotics AI at Amazon, and previously held positions as a Software Engineer at Cisco Meraki and an Emergency Room Scribe at Park Nicollet Health Services. Filipp also gained research experience as a Neuroscience/Muscle Physiology Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Filipp is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Physiology and Biology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
