Adithyaram Narasimha

Adithyaram (Adit) Narasimha is a seasoned professional in the field of electrical engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Technologies at Astera Labs and Chairman of the Board at Polaris Electro-Optics, Adit has previously held significant positions including Vice President and General Manager of Optoelectronics at Molex and co-founder and COO of Abtum Inc., which was acquired in 2018. Adit's career at Molex began in various capacities from Manager of Marketing to General Manager for Active Optical I/O. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal Engineer at Luxtera, Inc., which was acquired in 2019. Adit holds a PhD and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Educational background also includes completing ISC at Frank Anthony Public School, Bangalore, and ICSE at Mallya Aditi International School.
