Paul Choo

Paul Choo serves as the Associate Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Product and Commercial at Astera Labs since June 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Qualcomm from May 2011 to June 2025, advancing from Legal Counsel to Senior Director of Legal Counsel. Before Qualcomm, Paul worked as Corporate Counsel and Manager of Contracts at Atheros Communications, Inc. from April 2008 until its acquisition by Qualcomm. Additionally, Paul served as a Licensing Associate at Electronic Arts Inc. from February 2005 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Irvine and a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University, School of Law.
