Svetlana Perets

Svetlana Perets has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Svetlana currently holds the position of Sr. Principal Program Manager at Astera Labs. Prior to this, they worked at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager, where they managed key projects to enhance performance and extend service life of semiconductor MEMS based FujiFilm industrial printheads. Svetlana also led the development of the next product generation to mass production.

Before that, Svetlana served as the Director of Program Management at Crossbar Inc., where they drove complex plans and execution for non-volatile semiconductor memory technology development and productization. Svetlana successfully completed programs from silicon prototyping design to technology implementation and transfer to three leading FABs, while protecting IP. Svetlana also identified and mitigated schedule and resource risks, resulting in the recovery of a projected 6-month technology transfer delay.

Svetlana also worked as the Director of Program Management at QBotix, Inc., where they managed the NPI program for robotics development in solar energy production efficiency. Svetlana also managed the OEM supply chain and successfully planned and executed the production and deployment of robotics systems at customer install sites.

Prior to that, they served as a Technical Project Manager at Space Systems Loral, where they were responsible for accelerating an electric propulsion design for commercial communication satellites. Svetlana initiated replanting and feature re-prioritization and obtained executive commitment for resources and risk mitigation. Svetlana was recognized with an "Impact" award for transferring the project into the Qualification phase.

Svetlana also held the position of Sr. Technical Program Manager at ArrayPower, where they led multi-disciplinary teams in developing a new solar power microinverter and monitoring software. Svetlana successfully turned the microinverter development project around by addressing requirements, schedule, and communication issues, resulting in the product being delivered to the market within nine months. Svetlana also implemented Agile sprints methodology for software development and quality assurance.

Earlier in their career, Svetlana worked at Ampro ADLINK Technology as a Sr. Program Manager, responsible for the company-wide program lifecycle, engineering design reviews, and transfer to production. Svetlana also managed the semi-custom group, handling product customization programs for the Military and Medical industries and ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance.

Svetlana Perets has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University. Svetlana also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering and Electrophysics from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'. Additionally, Svetlana has completed a Project Management course at UC Berkeley Extension. Svetlana has obtained certifications in Event Planning from Trendimi/International Council for Online Educational Standards in October 2015. Svetlana is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
