Adrianna Evans has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations and roles. In 2014, they started their career as a Teacher at Lycoming College For Kids and later worked as a Teacher at Upward Bound Penn State in 2015. In the same year, they also interned as a Baby's First Test Intern at Genetic Alliance. In 2016, they served as a Summer Research Assistant at Klemm Analysis Group and as a Natural Disasters and Outbreaks Intern at Peace Corps. From 2017 to 2020, Adrianna worked at Genetic Alliance, initially as an Engagement Consultant, then as a Program Coordinator, and finally as a Program Development Specialist. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Analyst in Preparedness and Disability Integration at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, and as of March 2022, they have been promoted to the role of Director in the same department.

Adrianna Evans obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology with a focus on Vertebrate Physiology from Penn State University in 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Global Health with a concentration in Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation from The George Washington University. Adrianna completed their MPH in 2017.
