Bill Prather has extensive experience in the field of learning and training development. Bill most recently served as the Senior Director of Learning Design and Distance Services at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO). In this role, they led the design and execution of a curriculum for professional development, collaborated with stakeholders to develop innovative learning solutions, and managed a team of learning designers and program managers. Bill Prather completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore from 2006 to 2010. Bill then pursued a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at McDaniel College from 2011 to 2014.
