Yuka Nagashima

Yuka Nagashima serves as the Executive Director of Food Shift since November 2019 and has been the Owner & Chief Strategist at Paideia Enterprises since 2008, focusing on innovation and strategic vision to address organizational challenges. Nagashima's notable projects include thought leadership engagements at Inspirefest and Keizai Silicon Valley, as well as executive coaching for tech startups. Additionally, Nagashima holds various advisory roles, including Global Advisory Board Member for Astia, Advisor for Paubox, and RadGrad Advisory Board Member at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Past leadership experience includes roles as Executive Director at the High Technology Development Corporation and Co-founder & President of LavaNet, Inc. Nagashima earned a B.A. in Physics from Reed College.
