Akshay Deshpande has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Akshay began their career in 2010 as a Senior Customer Relations Executive at AHMSI India Ltd, Pune. In 2012, they moved to Alacrity e-Commerce as an Affliate Marketing Team Lead, Walmart and C.S. In 2015, they joined HotelKey as a Support Team Lead and created a test plan to be executed against software by meeting several beta customers and understanding their needs, customizations etc. Akshay also led the effort to setup the product software on customer locations, created and refined the setup process. In 2018, they moved to BELGIUM New York LLC as an Account Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for complete Account management for diamond traders, giving diamonds on memo and following up with Clients. In 2019, they joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Support Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Technical Manager at Astics since 2022.

Akshay Deshpande began their educational journey in 2005 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc(PCM) from Hislop College. Akshay then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Affiliated NIMS in 2014. Lastly, Akshay Deshpande's educational history includes their SSC from Somalwar High School, Nagpur University in General State Board.
