Jim Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and defense operations. Currently serving as Sr Program Manager at Red Cat Holdings since January 2025, Jim focuses on advancing Blue-UAS certified drone technology. Simultaneously, since December 2019, Jim has contributed as a Board Member on the Advisory Board of the ASTM International Exo Technology Center of Excellence, guiding the development of exoskeleton technologies. Prior roles include Vice President of Defense Sales and Business Development at Palladyne AI and various leadership positions at Sarcos Robotics, where responsibilities ranged from operations to advancing military strategies. Jim's military experience includes directing the Joint Acquisition Task Force for the Tactical Assault Light Operator Suit (TALOS) at USSOCOM and serving as Chief of Staff for Special Operations Command Europe. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
