Joe Koury has extensive experience in standards development, currently serving as the Manager of Standards Development at ASTM International since 2002. At ASTM International, a leader in developing international voluntary consensus standards, Joe has contributed to the creation of approximately 12,000 standards aimed at improving product quality, enhancing safety, facilitating market access and trade, and building consumer confidence. Prior to this role, Joe worked as the Communications Director at Fernley & Fernley from 1998 to 2002. Joe Koury holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Villanova University, a Master of Arts in English from East Carolina University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wilkes University.
