Will Babbington L Faia

Will Babbington, FAIA, PE, possesses extensive experience in architecture and engineering, currently serving in the Building Performance Leadership Group at The American Institute of Architects since March 2022. Babbington has held various leadership roles within the Building Enclosure Council at the national level since January 2016 and is the Principal and Façade Design Director at Studio NYL. Professional contributions include membership in ASHRAE as the AIA Alternate Organizational Representative for the Envelope Subcommittee, participation in ASTM International's Committee E06 on the Performance of Buildings, and honorary board membership with the Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council. Previous positions include Chair of the Building Enclosure Council of Colorado and Façade Performance + Design Director at The SKINS Group. Babbington holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
