Alex Moult is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the tech sector. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Talent Partner at both BNY Mellon and Aston Holmes since May 2023, Alex specializes in innovative hiring strategies that align creativity and expertise. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at JUMO, where Alex focused on global recruitment for diverse teams, and Talent Acquisition Manager at WhereIsMyTransport, where significant hiring processes were established. Alex's background also includes a Tech Talent Specialist role at Prodigy Finance and earlier positions in recruitment and editing. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Cape Town.
