Henry Howe

Henry Howe is a highly experienced performance coach, currently serving as a Performance Coach at Aston Martin F1 Team since January 2022, specializing in individual athlete support, strength and conditioning, and osteopathy. As the founder of HEALTH BY HOWE LTD since July 2013, Henry provides sports medicine and strength & conditioning consultancy. Previous roles include Osteopath and Strength & Conditioning coach at Speedworks Training, Lead Clinical Osteopath at Balance Performance Physiotherapy, and Musculoskeletal Osteopath at Third Space Sports Med. With a solid background in fitness education and rehabilitation, Henry has also held various positions in osteopathy and personal training, including managing an osteopathy clinic. Henry holds a Master's degree in Performance Psychology from Bangor University and a Master's in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine.
