Adrian Ortega

Adrian Ortega currently serves as the Electric Powertrain Vehicle Line Manager at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, overseeing the integration and performance of advanced electric powertrain systems. With experience as the HV Systems & Electric Drive Unit Commodity Manager, Adrian has contributed to the development of future electric vehicles. Previously at Jaguar Land Rover, Adrian led powertrain development for electric and hybrid systems, managing teams of over 20 engineers. Prior roles include project engineering at ALTEN, powertrain engineering at KTH Formula Student, and a research project on smart grids and EV charging stations at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Adrian holds a Chartered Management Consultant designation and two Master of Science degrees from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside a double degree in Industrial and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
