David Nason

David Nason is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as Engineering Strategy Manager at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since May 2016, David has held various roles including Technical Assistant to the CTO and Programme Lead for the Valkyrie Powertrain. Responsibilities have included oversight of engine cooling and intake systems, alongside a significant focus on validation planning for AML's V12 engine. Prior experience includes roles as Design Engineer at GreenMech Ltd, where continuous improvement methodologies were applied to wood chipper designs, and Test and Development Engineer at Countax Ltd, contributing to product feedback and design. David holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England.
