Joel Allison

Joel Allison is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and motorsports sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Vehicle Engineering Manager at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since October 2018, Joel leads advanced operations within vehicle engineering. Previous roles include Lecturer in Engineering at the University of Central Lancashire, where responsibilities included delivering CAD and simulation coursework, and Principal Engineer at Briggs Automotive Company, overseeing the engineering of the BAC Mono road car. Additional experience includes positions at Juno Racing Ltd as a Senior Design Engineer, where Joel contributed to Formula Ford car design, and teaching roles at Myerscough College. Joel holds a BEng (Hons) in Motorsports Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
