John Cranfield

John Cranfield has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Lifecycle at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since January 2018. In this role, John leads a team focused on managing the Service Lifecycle, including new product launches, training, event marketing, and technical publications. Prior to this position, John was a Senior Manager overseeing global technical aftersales and a Lead Engineer responsible for market quality investigations and supplier cost recovery. With previous experience at Nissan Motor Corporation as a Field Quality Assurance Engineer and Model Engineer, John has a strong background in product quality, customer safety, and technical support.
