Tori Halfon

Tori Halfon has over 20 years of experience in sales and operations. Tori started their career as a Broker Sales Rep at Supreme Food Service in 1996. Tori then moved on to work at Nabisco & Kraft Foods as an Area Sales Manager, where they oversaw sales and marketing, managed nine distributors, and directed sales and operations systems during a major corporate merger/acquisition.

In 2004, Tori joined Pepsi Bottling Group as a Key Account Manager, where they directed new product placements, special events, and national account roll-outs. Tori achieved double-digit sales volume, gross profit growth, and the highest acquisition rate in the region.

From 2003 to 2008, Tori served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Wilderness Project.

In 2006, they became a Regional Sales Manager at FIJI Water, where they managed two distributors and trained sales reps for Southern Wine and Spirits and 7-UP bottling. Tori ranked #1 On-Premise Distributor in the company for two consecutive years.

Tori then joined Pacific Organic as a US Regional Sales Manager in 2009, where they launched three brands into the Nevada market and successfully placed products at multiple hotels, casinos, and retail outlets in Las Vegas.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Territory Development Manager at US Foods, learning about broad-line distribution and inside workings of distributor sales systems. Tori was responsible for a $3M territory and focused on account development, profit margin and mix, and new business.

Since 2012, Tori has been working at Astor Chocolate as the Director of Sales & Operations - Nevada. Tori sells luxury chocolate to both the Travel/Retail and Hospitality divisions for Nevada. Tori manages a team of three direct reports and has grown the Travel/Retail business by 176%. Additionally, they have reorganized the warehouse, inventory processes, delivery systems, job functions, and go-to-market strategies.
