Emily Aicher Casa, LCSW has a diverse range of work experience. Emily began their career as a Child Care Worker at the Italian Home for Children in 2009. From there, they worked as a Family Services Intern at the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families in 2010. Emily then served as an Instructional Aide Co-op at Driscoll Elementary School in 2011. Emily also held various roles at Peace through Play, including School Coordinator and Director of Program Development and Assessment in 2010. Emily continued their education by working as a Service Learning Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University in 2011. In 2012, Emily joined Success Academy Charter Schools, where they served as an Instructional Development Intern, Fellowship Program Coordinator, Teacher Development Associate, and Talent Associate. Emily then interned as a Social Work Intern at Project Reach Youth from 2013 to 2014. Emily returned to Astor Services for Children & Families in 2014, initially working as a Social Work Intern before becoming a Therapist. Emily later became a Clinical Supervisor in the School-Based Behavioral Health and Training Program and eventually progressed to the role of Bronx Program Director School-Based Behavioral Health and Training Program, which they currently hold. In this role, they oversee multiple clinics and mobile school program teams, manages school contracts worth $1,000,000, builds and maintains relationships with various stakeholders, and participates in program development and evaluation activities. Emily also provides training for staff members and is involved in various committees and initiatives.

Emily Aicher Casa, LCSW completed their high school education at Summit High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a High School Diploma. Emily then attended Northeastern University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. Emily'seducational journey continued at Columbia University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice with Families, Youth and Children.
