The Human Resources Team at ASTORIA FINANCE handles all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. Led by the Directrice Des Ressources Humaines, the team ensures compliance with labor laws, manages benefits and payroll, and works to foster a positive workplace culture. Team members such as the Chargée De Recrutement focus specifically on talent acquisition, while the Stage Recrutement RH supports various HR functions.
