Christina Soh

Christina Soh has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2001. Christina began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in 2001, where they were responsible for leading and coaching a team of executives to manage HR and administrative responsibilities. In 2007, they took on the role of Flight Attendant at Singapore Airlines (SIA), where they were responsible for the safety and security of all passengers and aircrafts. In 2014, they joined ReCAAP as an HR Manager (Human Resources and Finance), managing a full spectrum of Human Resource operations, payroll, performance appraisal, training and developments, and employee relations. In 2016, they moved to Isentia Brandtology as an HR Manager, where they advised management on the revision of policies and processes to ensure compliance, competitiveness and continued relevance. Christina is currently working at Astoria Solutions as a Human Resources Manager since 2019, responsible for the management of a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, systems and programs across Singapore, UAE and Malaysia.

Christina Soh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Ireland, Dublin between 2011 and 2013.
