Oleg Protsenko

Oleg Protsenko is a Senior Client Success Manager and Senior Program Manager at Astound Commerce since May 2018, specializing in the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe/Magento, and Hybris SAP projects through collaboration with clients and technical experts. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at ProZorro.Sale, contributing to an award-winning e-commerce platform for transparent state property sales, and co-founding Be Smart EC Inc., which developed SaaS solutions and online learning services. Oleg also held the position of Program Manager at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, managing agriculture reform projects, and co-founded Tlab Inc., an online booking platform for travel agencies. Earlier roles include Audit Consultant at Ernst & Young Ukraine and Risk Assessment Analyst at Bank Forum. Oleg Protsenko holds a Master's degree in Project Management and Consulting from Kyiv National Economics University.
